Mandy
Practice Manager
Mandy’s unwavering passion for animals is evident in her heartfelt approach to treating every patient as if they were her own. With a career in veterinary medicine spanning over two decades since 2002, Mandy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at the Animal Hospital of North Charleston. Her dedication to providing exceptional care for clients and their beloved pets is truly remarkable. At home, Mandy shares her life with two loyal German Shepherds, Romeo and Juliet, and two delightful felines, Ms. Kitty and Jack, who add endless joy to her days.
Megan
Licensed Veterinary TechnicianMegan graduated from Trident Tech Vet Tech Program in 2014 but has been working in the veterinary field since 2009. Megan was born in GA but grew up right down the road on Charleston AFB. Megan has always loved animals, but it was not until later in life that this was the career path she wanted to take. She loves working with both dogs and cats, though cats hold a special place in her heart. In her free time, Megan loves spending time with her daughter and 2 cats, Pollux and Raven. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors, and spending time with close friends and family.
Cory
Veterinary Assistant/Client Service RepresentativeCory started in veterinary medicine in 2017 after realizing that life is too short, and you should do what you love and follow your passions. Since she was a child, animals have always been her passion, and she regularly volunteers at shelters and rescues. Cory says that the aspect she loves most about veterinary medicine is being an advocate for animals and helping them live their best lives. In her spare time, she enjoys catching up on her favorite TV shows, the beach and anything that involves animals and Mother Nature!
Iris
CEO, AHONCIris joined the AHONC family in July 2023. She quickly won the hearts of everyone as our clinic cat. She is always on time for her shifts, and we can always count on her being here for pets throughout the day. She invites herself to lunch daily to snack with all of the staff. She can high-five and loves snacks! She loves long walks down the hallway and is obsessed with water. She brings the staff smiles and laughs and has been the perfect addition to our AHONC family.
Jordan
Client Service Representative SupervisorJordan has always had a special place in her heart for animals her entire life and found her way to The Animal Hospital of North Charleston Summer 2021. She was born and raised in Charleston. She has been married to her husband, Tommy, for 16 years. They have one daughter and a wild crew of 4 fur children: Luna, Yukon, Kitty, and Baloo. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, camping, traveling, going on the boat and watching her daughter play soccer.
Mary
Veterinary TechnicianMary was born and raised right here in Charleston. She started out at the Animal Hospital of North Charleston in 2023 as a receptionist and made her way back as a technician in August of 2024. She has always loved working with animals since she was little, she started her journey with animal care while working at one of the local shelters. When she’s not at work she is spending time with her pets Nala and Pumbaa, watching her favorite shows, and being around friends, family and her boyfriend Jay.

Veterinary TechnicianSince joining the Animal Hospital of North Charleston in 2015, Tracy has been a cornerstone of the team, embodying unwavering dedication and a genuine passion for exceptional animal care. Beyond the clinic, she treasures precious moments with her family, including her cherished four-legged companions, who fuel her devotion to enhancing the lives of pets and the people who love them.
Alison
Veterinary TechnicianAlison started out in shelter medicine in 2017 and fell in love with the veterinary field. She has been with The Animal Hospital of North Charleston since 2021. She is currently enrolled in the Distance Learning Veterinary Technician Program at Dallas College in pursuit of her license in Veterinary Technology. She is married with three dogs and likes to read and visit local beaches in her spare time. She does not have any cats of her own, but she and Iris have a special bond.
Heidi
Veterinary TechnicianHeidi is originally from and grew up in Boston, MA, she moved to SC in 2010 when her husband was stationed at the marine base in Beaufort, SC. Married with 3 dogs, a Saint Bernard named Drago, a Saint Bernard named Dottie and a cockapoo named Athena. Currently in school fulltime to become an LVT. In my free time, I love to read, walk with my dogs, watch anything true crime, and spend time with my husband.
Kristal
Veterinary TechnicianKristal was born and raised in the big city of Cross, SC. At an early age, she developed a passion for helping animals. That passion fueled her interest in learning and has led her to earn several degrees. She’s a graduate of Claflin University, NC A&T University, and Purdue University. In her spare time, she enjoys being around family and friends and spoiling her nieces, nephews, and her very special 4-legged nephew, Flip, the cutest pittie on earth!
Stephanie
Veterinary TechnicianStephanie brings an incredible amount of energy and compassion to the team. With many years of experience in shelter medicine, she has dedicated her career to caring for animals from all walks of life. Stephanie truly loves every creature—big or small, two legs or eight—and believes that every animal is a blessing.
Her passion shines through in everything she does, and she always goes the extra mile to make sure each pet receives gentle, thoughtful care. Stephanie’s goal is to ensure that every visit to our hospital is a comfortable, positive experience for both pets and their people.
Grace
Client Service RepresentativeGrace started working at The Animal Hospital of North Charleston in 2023 after spending a year at Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture. She has always loved working with dogs and cats, but large animals hold a special place in her heart. She has 5 animals of her own: 3 dogs – Autumn, Bailey and Kaya. And 2 cats – Rue and Jasper. She loves doing anything outdoors including camping, spending time on the lake and finding new places to take her dogs.
Valerie
Client Service RepresentativeValerie has been working part-time for The Animal Hospital of North Charleston for almost 5 years in a clerical capacity. She loves working here and learns something new every day! Valerie moved from Saratoga Springs, NY and has resided in Goose Creek, SC for almost 17 years. She and her husband of over 50 years enjoy cooking, watching movies, playing cards and spending time with their family and close friends. They have a 13-year-old Basset Hound, Bella Jo, who is their whole world.
Erin
Customer Service RepresentativeErin grew up in Virginia and Ohio before her family relocated to South Carolina in 1989. She is a proud graduate of Summerville High School and began her career in veterinary medicine in 1996 as a veterinary technician. After 20 years working hands‑on with patients, Erin transitioned into a reception role, where she continues to make a meaningful impact every day.
From childhood, Erin dreamed of healing and helping animals—a dream that became her life’s work. The most rewarding part of her role is serving as a supportive connection between devoted pet owners and the dedicated doctors and nurses who work tirelessly to help pets live healthy, happy, and long lives.
Erin is married and has two grown children and one beloved grandchild. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, caring for her pets, reading, writing, listening to music, creating occasional artwork, and fishing. Her home is happily ruled by five Boxers, a one‑eyed cat, bunnies, and several small pet reptiles.

With years of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes, she is passionate about providing compassionate, attentive, and individualized care. When she is not spending time with furry friends, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and learning about animal behavior and wellness. Her goal is to make every pet feel safe, happy, and loved while supporting their families in providing the best care possible.
