We understand that veterinary visits can be stressful, which is why we strive to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our clients and their pets. To ease any anxiety elicited by new people and other pets, as well as to guarantee the protection of everyone in the hospital, we ask that you bring your pet to their scheduled appointment controlled and properly restrained with a leash or pet carrier.

To prevent the spread of diseases to other patients, please let us know prior to your arrival if you suspect your pet is suffering from kennel cough, Parvo, or any other infectious condition. We will happily make special arrangements for your pet.

Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy

No-Show Policy:

  • First Occurrence: You will receive a call to reschedule your appointment and an email outlining our no-show policy.
  • Second Occurrence: A $25.00 no-show fee will be charged, which must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
