After adopting my kitten, I was so nervous about where to take him on his first appointment. Anyone that touches my little Alfie better have his best intentions at heart. I found those folks today at the Animal Hospital of North Charleston. They were kind, considerate, and absolutely showed the utmost respect and care for my baby. I am happy to say that I have found a vet for the foreseeable future for my kitty. A special thank you to Tim our Vet Tech and all the staff that made this trepidatious day wonderful and easy. It was such a simple process to schedule an appointment; prices were beyond reasonable; the facilities immaculate; and I will trust them implicitly with any fur baby I ever have. Once again, an enormous thank you Animal Hospital of North Charleston for all you did today! Please know that you have a customer for life!
13.5 year old cat first time to the vet since he was a kitten. He has an aggressive behavior so subjecting him to stressful situations I try to avoid. Dr. Thompson, Jordan, Grace and Megan were whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Dr Thompson’s genuine look of concern the first trip in to discuss what comes next is why I returned. Jordan didn’t know I was on the verge of a breakdown when she so kindly said we can see him immediately. Grace made the completed transaction painless, not to mention the cost was half of what was estimated. Megan bless her heart, was a true gem when my uncontrolled tears started to flow. All a bit overwhelming but this staff made this trip a lot easier than I ever expected. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I absolutely adore everyone I’ve met here. My cat and I are immigrants and I was worried about this old girl having to adjust to a new place and new vets. They are so kind and so gentle. You can tell everyone here deeply loves animals and they work with you to provide the best care for your pets. They’ve made this big move so much more comfortable and been so reassuring. My new puppy also adores everyone there and literally pees with excitement every time we visit. 😂😂 Maybe that’s TMI but that’s how highly I recommend them. Thank so much guys!
Dr. Thompson is truly the BESTTT vet that I've ever met. He actually sat down and talked me through all my concerns and put my mind at ease. It's hard to get that kind of treatment in a busy practice. We take both of our pups there (Izzy and Maya) and Izzy is by far the most anxious and not a fan of her yearly vet visit. Heidi was incredible and so so patient and kind to my girl. I will forever be thankful we found such a wonderful animal hospital who genuinely cares and takes the time to listen. Highly recommend to anyone.
